Redeem the Rejection of Singleness
By: Fabienne Harford
If you are no mortal man’s favorite, you are in good company. Besides me, you’re also in the company of the one who was “despised and rejected by men.” Don’t waste the opportunity to be comforted by the great high priest who can sympathize with your weakness because he has experienced the full depths of rejection.
As you find yourself secure in Christ, you will stand more fully on the great promise that you will never be forsaken, never be rejected by God. Every hour of every day, for all eternity, you are wanted, chosen, picked. And you know why? Because Jesus was willing to face rejection so that you could be secure. He faced our nightmare so we could live in the dream: unconditional love from our sufficient Savior.

Dear Single Sis.,
Let Me Tell You What God Told Me
I remember Him saying was, "Daughter, your husband is NOT at Morehouse and he is NOT in Atlanta." I remember thinking, "Really?!?! Come on LORD!!!" He then kept saying, "Trust Me!" SO again, I had a decision to make, was I going to trust God, not date, and wait on His best or was I going to take matters into my own hands and date just to date....knowing good and well "he" was not going to be my husband.

Dear Sis.,
Alright, this post is for all of my dear sisters in Christ! When I left home on August 15, 2009 to attend college, I made the decision to wait to be found by the man that God has for me. That decision has not always been easy.....but I can say that giving God the pen to write my love story has been worth it. Because my "Boaz" has not found me yet, there are times when I'm like "God, is he out there?" lol Or, I'm like, "God, I trust you....but I need for my "Boaz" to find me NOW!" lol!

The 'L' Word
For the last four years I have dealt with the ‘L’ word and if you were to be honest; at some point in your life you have too. This infamous ‘L’ word is none other than LONELINESS. The truth is, at this very moment in my life I don’t have a lot of friends. There has been many times when I felt like I was all alone. Many tears have been shed, but thank God that now after almost 4 years I can truly say that when God is all you have, you have all you need. Friend, today we are going to deal with this ‘L’ word.

Complete In Christ
Many believers and unbelievers at times feel as though they are incomplete. They’ll say things like, “If only I had ___________ my life would be complete.” Even if you have never felt this way; you know someone who does and/or has said this very same statement. The word complete means to have all the necessary parts; to be fully carried out and absolute; some synonyms include:
· Full
· Perfect
· Intact
· Total
· Whole
· All Together
and my favorite…..ENOUGH.

Proverbs 31:12 NLT
During my quiet time one day, as I studied this chapter, Proverbs 31:12 stood out to me. It reads, "She brings him good, not harm, all the days of her life." ALL THE DAYS OF HER LIFE. ALL THE DAYS OF HER LIFE. All. The. Days. Of. Her. Life......…
WHAT?!?!?
I've read this before plenty of times, and maybe just like me you assumed that maybe it meant that "all the days of her life" started after she says "I do." Especially because you just like me have no clue who your future husband is! But as I began to spend some time with Christ......He began to show me that bringing my husband good and not harm.....all the days of my life.....starts right here, right now.....while I am single.
